Booking fees apply to certain types of booking, please see above or ask for details..
Postal Bookings:
Please make cheques or postal orders payable to Barnfield Theatre Ltd and send to the address above together with details of the following; the name of the production, the date and time of the performance, the number of tickets required and the type of these tickets (full, concession, child). Tickets will be kept at the box office for your collection or posted to you if you include a SAE.
Reservations:
If requested tickets can be reserved without payment for 1 week or up to 6 hours before the start of the performance whichever is the shorter period. After this time the tickets will be released for sale. Only available via Barnfield Theatre Box Office.
Exchanges & Refunds:
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges, in the event of a production being cancelled the value of tickets booked will be refunded, excluding any booking fees.
Children:
Tickets must be purchased for children over the age of 2 years and the theatre requests that children are supervised at all times.
Accessibility:
People with special access requirements are asked to contact the theatre management prior to visiting the theatre.
