Postal Bookings
Please make cheques or postal orders payable to BARNFIELD THEATRE LTD
and send to the address above together with details of the following;
the name of the production, the date and time of the
performance, the number of tickets required and the type of these
tickets (full, concession, child). Tickets will be kept at the box
office for your collection or posted to you if you include a SAE.
Reservations
Tickets will be reserved for 1 week or up to 6 hours before the start
of the performance whichever is the shorter period. After this time
the tickets will be released for sale. Only available via Barnfield
Theatre Box Office.
Exchanges &
Refunds We will be pleased to exchange your tickets
for an alternative performance of the same production (subject to
availability) up to 24 hours before the performance starts
Alternatively we will try and re-sell your tickets once all others
have been sold but cannot guarantee this. If they are re-sold you
will be refunded, less a handling charge of £2 per ticket. Original
tickets must be returned to the Box Office in order to benefit from
this service.
Children
Tickets must be purchased for children over the age of 2 years and the
theatre requests that children are supervised at all times.
Accessibility
People with special access requirements are asked to contact the
theatre management prior to visiting the theatre. |
